The Registration form needs to be completed and sent to us with your application.

Click on the link above and when prompted, save the file to your computer.  It is a Word document which you can fill in electronically and email to us; or you can print it off, fill it in by hand and send by post.

See the Apply for Funding part of this website when completing your application.  Alongside the completed Registration Form, you also need to send:

  • Your application
  • A budget for the work which you are applying for
  • The budget for the whole organisation, showing all anticipated income as well as expenditure
  • Your most recent set of annual accounts
  • Your last annual report if you produce one
